This is not everything you are.
You’re here because something is weighing on you. I understand how heavy and confusing life can feel.
Life can be painful, but it can also be so much more. Together, we can move toward a life that is defined by more than what is causing you to suffer—one where healing and purpose are possible.
Sara Holden, LCPC
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I’m dedicated to helping you navigate the chapters of life that feel heaviest. I became a therapist because I believe no one should have to carry their burdens alone. I’ve always been a person others naturally turn to, and I strive to bring that same sense of ease, safety, compassion, and genuine connection into our work together.

I earned my Master of Counseling from Idaho State University and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Idaho. My passion for this work is deeply personal; having navigated my own journey through loss and mental health challenges, I know first hand that healing is possible and that therapy truly works.
Some of my professional experience is in depression, anxiety, loss, body/self-image issues, sexual wellness and intimacy. -
My sessions are driven by collaboration and curiosity, with a deep focus on building self-compassion. I believe therapy works best when it’s a real connection, so I bring my full humanity—and a bit of humor when appropriate—into our work together. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone; I’m here to walk alongside you as we find your way forward.
Theoretical approaches include but are not limited to: Adlerian, CBT, Person-Centered, Existential, Acceptance and Commitment therapies.
